Shipping & Delivery – Physical Products (US Only)

Ownership & Responsibility
Ownership of packages transferred to UPS/USPS carriers is considered transferred to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We are responsible for your order until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. All shipments are handled by UPS/USPS. In case of loss or damage, customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once processing begins. Orders sent to the wrong address entered by the customer will not be refunded.

International Orders (Outside USA)
We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for applicable charges.

Tracking Your Order
Once payment clears, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email (within 48 hours)

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number once dispatched

Please monitor your tracking to ensure delivery.

In Transit & Delivery

  • Refunds are not available once orders are shipped and in transit.

  • If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, we cannot refund or replace items claimed as “not received.” Please contact the carrier for assistance.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we shipped in error).

  • Customers must pay for return shipping.

  • For orders with free shipping, refunds may be reduced by the original shipping cost.

  • Claims for damaged/missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Weather & Delays
We are not responsible for weather-related delays or damage once the package has left our facility.

Security Confirmation
Orders may require additional verification if:

  • Billing address does not match credit card provider records

  • Shipping address differs from billing address

  • Order total exceeds a designated value

This process may delay shipping but helps protect against fraud.


Shipping & Delivery – Digital Products (Worldwide)

Our digital products (including KPI guides, focus packs, affirmation music, and HR templates) are delivered instantly and automatically after purchase.

  • No physical shipment will be made for digital products.

  • Delivery is instant worldwide (24/7) via order confirmation page and email link.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible. In such cases, please contact our support team for assistance and replacement.
