30-Day Return Policy (Physical Products)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A video recording of the package upon receipt must be taken.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@aktrading-shop69.com. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Bespoke/customized items
  • Personal care/beauty products once opened
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item, and once accepted, place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without reason. Items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds (Physical Products)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Processing times vary by bank/credit card provider. If it has been more than 15 business days, contact us at support@aktrading-shop69.com.


Digital Products (Worldwide)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a download link has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible. Please contact our support team if you experience any issues.
